THE HUMAN, BETTER PROGRAM

This process is inclusive of everyone, however, it takes effort. I'm not going to tell you what to do, or when to do it. I'm not going to "hold you accountable." I'm going to help you feel accounted for. You'll intrinsically want to.  We'll have fun, we'll go deep, we'll adapt and move forward.

AWARENESS

It takes an awareness of where we are and where we're wishing to be. This is all about self-discovery: our beliefs, our thoughts, our motivations, reference points, and identifications. These are the obstacles that keep us from our truth. This takes time, reflection, honesty. We'll walk these paths towards the best views of you, together, as well as through exercises and personal perspective-finding.

ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance comes in the form of understanding, appreciating, and embracing all stages of your journey. This is where we find the freedom to truly explore life. Acceptance takes courage, curiosity, and a heck of a lot of (self) compassion.

ACTION

Purpose over performance. That's the action we'll learn to take to get us where we're going. Don't get this confused with diminished achievement–it's far, far from it. We'll discover a new reason for doing––one that's rooted in BEING. Might sound a little woo-woo, but it's not. It's woo-hoo. And you'll feel like shouting it from the mountain tops you'll climb.
