Neuro-networking for professionals.

At its core, the Vulnerabold™ Sessions offers the awareness of, acceptance for, and actions towards addressing the generalizations, patterns, blind spots, and beliefs that stand between you and fulfillment. Through my group-based, “neuro-networking” format, the recognition of our shared challenges helps to distinguish between a “me” problem and a collective “we” problem--our common humanity. This intimate, shared experience builds personal, emotional connections with those we’re exploring while growing ourselves.

 

Vulnerabold™ Sessions are for those with the desire and commitment to change for the better. Whether it’s success, fulfillment, or confidence--it becomes available through being “vulnerabold.”

These are two of the most important resources for exploring personal/professional change. I’ve seen it in every client I’ve been honored to work with--they all have this in common: They’ve all made the decision to be vulnerabold.

Vulnerabold™ Sessions Overview

90-minute, monthly “neuro-networking" session via Zoom; 6-month membership

Session structure focuses on exploring answers to specific questions that contribute to our internal and external experience, making what was perhaps subconscious, conscious. These sessions will be coaching-based, featuring deep questioning that explores how we think of ourselves and the world, and challenges us to do so, differently.

 

1-hour, individual values discovery

Each group member will be provided a one-to-one values discovery session. The purpose of including this is the vital importance of knowing what we want and what’s important to us about that--what we value. This understanding is the catalyst to deep transformation work that impacts us at the subconscious identity level.  We’ll do these every 6 months. (Zoom-based)

Monthly, independent Self-Exploration exercises

Each group member will be provided a one-to-one values discovery session. The purpose of including this is the vital importance of knowing what we want and what’s important to us about that--what we value. This understanding is the catalyst to deep transformation work that impacts us at the subconscious identity level.  We’ll do these every 6 months. (Zoom-based)

Quarterly, in-person connection

For local members, we’ll get together quarterly to connect over a hike, a lunch, or something fun and meaningful.

Vulnerabold™ Sessions: $100/mo, or $600 6-month memberships

Vulnerabold Sessions have been crafted to provide both depth and frequency: The work we’ll do together will be reinforced with actions, keeping you engaged between sessions.  These actions are the repetition that supports making positive change.

We’ll do this through the exploration of curated, curious questions that evoke a deep look inside one’s self, and do so with the support of others. This is the difference that makes the difference--the awareness and understanding that our individual  experience is “personal.” It’s not. It’s human. And we all share in it in our own unique way.

 

Many of these actions will focus on your values--your generalizations about the experiences that we like and are important to us. Having a very clear understanding of our values provides key directions toward authenticity, freedom, and success.

Vulnerabold™ Sessions Preparation

Who Vulnerabold™ Sessions is for

Vulnerabold Sessions is for those seeking to connect with others over a meaningful, insightful, and transformational conversation, and grow from it. You are subscribing to a shared experience that pushes the pause button on your automatic way of thinking and exploring yourself in new ways. At the same time, you’re sharing in and contributing to the exploration of others.

 

Last, you’re an explorer. You move towards understanding yourself better. You recognize your old limitations and have decided it’s better to acknowledge them, learn from them, and move on from them.  You seek to be “vulnerabold.”

 

Group Size, Scheduling, Format

A Vulnerabold™ Sessions group will begin once the minimum of 5 members is met. Group size will not exceed 15 members in order to ensure ample discussion between all members during our group sessions. When the minimum number is met, group sessions will begin on June 2, 2022, and meet monthly, for 6 months, and restart the following month. Your 6-month membership will begin on your first session. You will be provided the option to renew at the end of your 6 months for another 6 months.

 

To build in flexibility due to the unknowns of life, I reserve the right to change the date and time of a scheduled group session while providing a 1-month notice. In the case of an emergency, I reserve the right to reschedule for the following week, or the closest Thursday possible.

Participation

Your engagement is the catalyst for making personal positive change. As well, your answers often unlock something in someone else, creating a connection or an acceptance that wasn’t accessible, previously. THAT is the power in being Vulnerabold, together. As well, I’ve tried to structure your investment in the Vulnerabold Sessions to account for the unpredictability of life. If at any point during your membership you find yourself disconnecting from the experience, we’ll cancel it at the quarter, or hit the pause button until a later date. Though I don’t expect this to be the case, I do what to ensure your investment and your experience is maximized.

Readiness for Change

Please know this is not a replacement for therapy. If you are requiring the support of a medical professional, I encourage you to seek that out. It’s a beautiful showing of self-worth and compassion. The purpose of coaching is to guide people from where they are, to where they wish to be. It’s intended to move us out of “stuckness.”

 

I understand that we each navigate our internal environments at our own pace--our own comfort zone.  I ask you to begin thinking of that old comfort zone as a protection zone--one that has its positive intent yet isn’t supporting you in achieving your desired outcomes. What would you want instead of protection? Bring this ponder into our sessions together. Shift the protection zone to a zone of growth and explore beyond it. Doing so is an example of being vulnerabold.

Our ability to generate awareness, acceptance and appropriate action starts with personal discovery. I’ve found that doing so in the presence of others helps us to “normalize” our experience--to remove some of the isolation our personal challenges create. The group coaching experience showcases the common humanity in us. The shared experience Vulnerabold™ Sessions intends to provide will draw on our vulnerabilities. When combined with individual attention through one-on-one coaching, an incredibly powerful opportunity for positive change is created.

 

Our shared commitment to each other is the catalyst for making personal positive change. Remember, your shares often unlock something in someone else, creating a connection or an acceptance that wasn’t accessible, previously.

Be a source of success for those in your group. We each show up to the present moment with our own overweighted packs strapped to our backs. Acknowledging the sacrifice each of us is making by continuing to carry it is a showing of compassion.  Seeing and hearing each other begins to unload it. This is both honorable and an honor.
