I've immersed myself in the understanding of human thriving. I am my own study. For years, I invested in my own self-work–being coached, educated, and through practical application at an individual and organization scale.
I refer to my path to coaching as earning my "MEh.D." For over a decade, I've invested my time, my emotion, and money to better myself and to help others to do the same.

So very excited to have finished my certification as a stress mastery educator through Synergy Systems and The American Institute of Stress. Our ability to stress, better, is a keystone skill for our quality of life. Whether I get to use this knowledge with an individual client or share it with an organization, my ability to help everyone to stress, better, just got better!

In December of 2014, I became a WCI Certified Professional Coach. Over the past three years I've utilized this education to amplify my ability to positively impact the paths of others. This, combined with all of my additional education and practical experience, has positioned me well to assist with your well-being.
DEFINING MY PURPOSE
Earlier this year, Christy and I went through Simon Sinek's "Find Your Why" exercise. It takes time. It takes reaching deep into yourself, your memories and experiences. What you come out with is a clear sense of purpose that is incredibly meaningful to you. Meaning and purpose. Life is best when we have it.

As part of my researching and education in positive psychology, I created my own version of an effective positive intervention of capturing three positive things that happened during your day. I've recognized that we're all pretty much terrible at recognizing the good things WE contribute to the world on a daily basis, so I created a journal for capturing our goodness.
