The 3 A's for Finding Your Way.

My years of mesearching revealed the fundamental elements for a thriving life. I discovered these by using three specific markers to guide me along the way:


AWARENESS It takes an awareness of where we are and where we're wishing to be. This is all about self-discovery: our beliefs, our thoughts, motivations, reference points, and identifications, to name a few. These are the obstacles in the way. Navigating them takes courage, curiosity, and a bunch of self-compassion.

ACCEPTANCE Acceptance comes in the form of understanding, appreciating, and embracing all stages of your journey. This is where we find the freedom to truly explore life. Acceptance takes courage, curiosity, and a bunch of self-compassion.

ACTION Purpose over performance. That's the action we'll learn to take to get us where we're going. Don't get this confused with diminished achievement–it's far, far from it. Discover a new reason for doing––one that's rooted in BEING. Might sound a little woo-woo, but it's not. It's woo-hoo. And you'll feel like shouting it from the mountain tops you'll climb.


My process of awareness, acceptance, and action isn't for everyone. It takes courage, curiosity, and self-compassion. I don't tell you what to do, when to do it. I'm not going to "hold you accountable." I'm going to help you feel accounted for. You'll naturally, intrinsically do the rest. We'll have fun, we'll go deep, we'll adapt and move forward.
